Since joining Quest Consultants in 2007, Somshukla has provided strategic direction for Quest’s leadership hiring and recruitment mandates, helping local and global clients in diverse industry domains to accelerate their growth journeys. At Quest Consultants, she has successfully executed several ‘C’ level senior searches for leading Indian and global majors across sectors.

Somshukla has extensive experience in talent acquisition and consulting. She leverages her research-based approach to help clients by providing the best talent with the right skills. During the course of her career, she has developed deep exposure to FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, Auto, Power, Metals, and Pharmaceuticals domains. Her domain expertise includes leadership hiring, organisation mapping, process consulting, and client management and compensation surveys.

Prior to joining Quest Consultants, Somshukla Das worked with Elixir Consulting, a GI Group company. As one of the early employees, she was instrumental in building businesses and people management at Elixir Consulting.

Somshukla has published several articles on various domains of talent acquisition and she speaks frequently at key industry forums and leading conferences.

Somshukla graduated from Delhi University with a degree in Mathematics (Honours) and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.

A travel enthusiast, Somshukla has interests in theatre, music and quizzing.
