Mr. Debashis Bose, Chairman
The founder director of the company, Mr. Bose, graduated in Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and completed MBA from IIM, Calcutta where he has ranked among the top and was awarded the Russi Mody Gold Medal. After having been employed with two of the best Multinational Companies in India and also with ABC Consultants as its Director for seven years, he promoted Quest. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Bose leads the team in Quest with his incisive managerial and leadership skill.

Mr. N Neelakanta, Director
A sound Mechanical Engineer with around 35 years of experience at senior levels in Engineering Companies of repute, who started off with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and continues to be associated as advisor or Consultant with several MNCs.

Mr. Supriyo Chaudhuri, Director
Supriyo Chaudhuri has over three decades of experience as a practicing Manager in Organisational and Management Development. After completing his MBA from the IIM, Calcutta he joined State Bank Group Staff College at Hydrabad where he was deeply involved in the most drastic restructuring work ever done in an Indian Bank till then. He shifted thereafter to ITC Ltd. as Senior HR Manager and left as Deputy General Manger. He then moved to Tata Tea Ltd. as the chief of HR and continued to lead its HR function for 6 years. His last corporate assignment was that of the Director of the Tata Management Training Centre ( TMTC ) at Pune while also concurrently holding the post of Vice President, Leadership Development of the Tata Group.

In addition to his MBA he has been trained in Applied Behavioural Sciences and has had extensive consulting experience with the top, senior and middle management of companies like ITC, Tata Tea, Reckitt & Colman Ltd., Indian Aluminium, BOC India, Alembic Ltd., Sarabhai Piramal, VST Industries, Essar Group, Tetra Park, Crompton Greaves, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Wipro, Force Motors and numerous Tata Companies. His is a fine and unique blend of theoretical concepts/ insights and practical management applications.

Mr. Amit Deb, Director
An Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur and a seasoned professional with over 35 years experience in large, reputed organisation like Rallis, Gillanders Arbuthnot, Herdellia Oxide where he was the Managing Director.
